Since 2021, I have worked for a large Shopify agency, working on a variety of projects including e-commerce website updates and maintenance, theme building, custom app development, and theme customisation.
NextJS
Since discovering NextJS, it has become my favourite framework for building React applications, offering server-side rendering and static site generation for improved performance and SEO.

Hello again! My name is Michael. I am a Front-End Developer who loves making things pixel-perfect and enjoys the ever-evolving world of CSS. I have spent most of my web development career working on small business websites, but over the past few years (since 2021), I have been working in a Front-End role for a Shopify agency, building websites for some of the biggest high street retailers.

I adore all aspects of front-end web development, but CSS is my absolute favourite thing. I enjoy learning new things and fully embrace the change in technologies and stacks, that a modern day developer has to deal with.
Being able to start a project at any time, any place, leads to endless possibilities and I am constantly finding novel ways to come up with solutions to solve everyday problems.
